| OUR FACILITY Our ranch is nestled on 15 irrigated acres, on the north side of Ephrata. We have a 6,000 square foot barn with a 50x100 indoor riding arena, 19 stalls on the north end, and 4 stud stalls on the south end. Each stall has its own large paddock (some extra large). Our barn also has a wash rack and farrier station at the south end of the barn, as well as our office, which has a window looking into the arena. We have several outdoor turnout pens of various sizes, some with shelters and some without. More are being added this year. All are fenced with 3 strand hot wire (and trust me, its HOT!! I know this from personal experience ;) The 10 acre hay field will be converted into pasture this summer and cross fenced for larger turnout areas (probably late summer 07). Round pen & hot walker also available. Outdoor arena in the works. And by spring our hot walker will actually be working (hopefully). BOARDING **Boarding will be available by the end of April.** This is a small boarding facility (due to my large number of personal horses that take up most of the barn) so I am only allowing a few boarders in. As of now I only have 4-6 stalls that will be available this month (April). A few more may be available by winter. |
